ATTENTION
ALL STAFF
On
Friday, June 15, 2007, we will be having our
annual Spring Fling Gala. This will include
individual beautification projections in and
outside of Nova House facility. This will be
a therapeutic work for staff and clients that
focuses on making an investment on the place that
wee work and live. There will be
opportunities for planting flowers outside,
tidying up outside, cleaning group rooms and
common areas as well as shredding excess personnel
files. Throughout all our hard labor, we
will have volunteers that will man the frill and
provide the needed refreshments. There will
be a flyer distributed agency wide with more
details during the first week of June.

CAB
SERVICE: Being that wee are Not for
Profit Agency, it is important that clients are
available to greet the cab as soon as the cab
arrives. Remember the clock/bill is running
when the cab is sitting idle in the parking lot.
OFFICE
EQUIPMENT: Please notify the front desk
of any problems with the copy machines or phones
immediately. If you work 2nd or 3rd shift
and the equipment breaks down, please leave a
message via voice mail (ext. 201) or mailbox
(Laverne Knox) or Juanita Russell) for the front
desk for the next business day.

HAPPY DAY: Even though the weather was
hazardous during the week of Feb. 12th, I had at
least one food day. I celebrated my birthday
that week and want to thank everyone for their
well wishes, but most of all I want to thank those
who sang in harmony "Happy
Birthday". It was one of the best gifts
I received that day. I was surprised and
felt like a kid at King's Island with all the
mention. Thank you again!!

Congratulations
to Sharron Harris and Jud Crum on the promotion to
Senior Therapists. I would like to welcome
new employee Norman Hicklin, Chemical Dependency
Technician, to our Night Shift Crew. New
Nova House Associate handbooks are being
distributed to new and current employees at this
time. I hope you like the new look and
easier readability.
